Not all the word the of days I receive is worth mentioning but again this one today suits my mood.
After an exhausting, successful, full, fun week-end feeling fantod is not really the mood I should be feeling, but unfortunately it is. Nico is up in JHB again this week, and I’m lucky enough to have my house guests hanging around for company.
My house Guests…
My beautiful friend Dawid, who passed away tragically to young, introduced me to his family through the 8 years of knowing him. He was one of seven children. He was number 4. His younger sister, number 5, got on quite well with us. She moved to JHB a few months before his death. It’s been 2 years almost since he has passed, and she asked if she could hold her 21st Birthday at my house. So they arrived during the week. So on her Birthday (the Wednesday) we went to the waterfront. The Thursday we chilled at home but the Friday we went to celebrate Dieter’s birthday (an other friend) and support my Sister (Natalie), friend Marga and Julian (Dieter’s BF) in the band they are in. That was fun! Saturday was the 21st – and Tim totally outdid himself with his lighting and music! AWESOME! She has loads of fun and that was super important. Sunday was Nico’s Mom and Brother’s birthday lunch and Last night (Monday) was Dieter’s B’day Sushi at my house. Nico left for JHB the Monday afternoon. Aidan didn’t sleep last night and so I’m exhausted. Its been months with now sleep – yawn!!
What’s really great though is that my house guests are such great company and it’s really nice to be able to chat to people that aren’t stupid. To my delight it was awesome and not a burdon at all (not that I expected it to be). Aidan, however, is still in pain and I have taken him to the dentist and he needs some serious work done. Apparently his speech is as bad as it is because of the mobility of his tongue so I’m taking him to a specialist for that too. This of course cost lots and lots of money. Right now, I don’t care about that it’s about his wellbeing. Liam has started walking – such a big boy! Well lets see how the rest of this week pans out!
So here is what I've learn in the last 2 weeks... I'm stronger than most people I know, I'm not patience, I'm not Kind and I scare people - Have to work on this
Much luff
